Once we have confirmed the details of your booking, we will issue you with an invoice. To secure and confirm your booking, we require a $50 deposit to be made via bank transfer to ensure our entertainers are allocated to fulfill your booking.
If payment for deposit has not been processed within 48 hours of the invoice being distributed, other clients will have the potential to book your requested date / time slot.
The remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before the event (we do this so you don't need to worry about payment or getting cash out on the day of the event!) If you wish to add extra services or time to your booking, please let us know ASAP as this is subject to availability.
If you need to change the date and/or time of a booking, this must be done prior to 14 days of the booking and is subject to availability. If your desired date is available and we have been given adequate notice, we will transfer your deposit to the booking on the new date. If, however, the desired new time and date is not currently available, we will hold your deposit as a credit toward a future booking or can process a refund.
Please note that if you fail to provide 7 days notice if you wish to cancel, you will be required to reschedule or forfeit your $50 deposit. Extenuating circumstances within the 7 day period will be up to the discretion of the business.
In the INCREDIBLY UNLIKELY case of if the booking is cancelled for any reason by the business at any time due to sickness or emergency, additional dates and times will be offered. If an alternative date is not an option or suitable, a full refund will be given regardless of days prior to booking. We wish to reassure you that in this situation, we will try our best to still make the day as magical as possible with either a video message or video call from the character, as well as reaching out to other entertainers to offer alternative solutions.
As our entertainers take the BEST care of your party guests, we expect that you will look out for our entertainers in return! In cases of extreme heat (above 32 degrees) or wet weather, the booking will still go ahead, but the entertainer/s will require a shaded/ sheltered area for the entertainer and children to minimize risk of harm. The ground of the party area must be solid, stable and not slippery (e.g not on the muddy grass on a wet day.) Failure to comply may result in booking cancellation on the day without a refund.
